By participating in a hotdatehot.com event you are giving us permission to forward the email address supplied during the booking to your “matches” A match occurs when both parties indicate they wish to see each other again by entering either a “yes” or a “friend” into our matching engine.
We do not verify personal information of our guests, such as age, marital status, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual preference, religion or occupation. It is your responsibility to verify personal information of anyone you meet from our events to your own personal satisfaction.
We do not restrict attendance to any of our events on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, religion, or sexual preference. Therefore, we cannot guarantee attendance to any of our events based on these personal information.
We may use your contact information to inform you of future events which we think may interest you.
Please approach contact with our guest as much caution as you would do with strangers.
hotdatehot.com cannot guarantee a specific number of attendees to any event.
Venues and dates are subject to change or cancellation at any time prior to the event. If this occurs then we will do our best to reschedule the event and your ticket will be valid for the event.
You can only use your ticket at only one event. If you fail to attend an event or depart early you will not be entitled to use the ticket at another event.
